From Masoom here is "Sabrina dress"  The top resembles a bikini top but is worn as a dress separate.  Thin straps support the bodice which is a full coverage top.  The skirt is a sarong style with a long side to the mid-thigh while the other side ties at te waist.  ovey prints on bot pieces tat are sold separately.
